Made in New Zealand by Tonic the evening/cocktail skirt is simply designed to make the most of the beautiful fabric. The skirt is a pull on and the waist has a soft elastic finish to ensure no cutting or bulk. The photo doesn't do justice to the fabric as the sheen creates different colour hues depending on the light. There is band at the hem of the skirt. The second photo shows the skirt worn with a simple black top
